Where It All Began

Rankin Receptions didn't start in a boardroom or a co-working space. It started in a bedroom. No fancy equipment, no team of engineers, no business degree hanging on the wall. Just two people who saw a problem and refused to ignore it.
We watched small business owners — plumbers, trainers, contractors — lose thousands of dollars every month because they couldn't answer the phone while they were on a job. They were incredible at what they did, but they were losing leads left and right simply because they were busy doing the work.
So we taught ourselves everything from scratch. We stayed up late reading documentation, watching tutorials, breaking things and rebuilding them. We didn't know what we were doing at first — and honestly, we failed more times than we can count. But every failure taught us something, and every small win kept us going.
